In the process of cleaning out our 2008 files, there are a few photographs from spies we just don’t what to make of. For example, this is a photo of mega ego and nearly always impeccable dressed and groomed JOHN RICH from earlier in 2008. It was taken late one night at a honky tonk on Broadway Ave. in Nashville. What is that white stuff on his jacket? Can anyone help?

My husband smokes cigars and when he drinks he is not careful, and it looks like what is on John Rich’s jacket. You just want to report bad stuff about John Rich!! This is a bit of a stretch and unnecessary
This is all so much crap. I am so sick of people accusing John of being a drug addict. It is plain to see that there is a gray tint in the “White Substance” which clearly points to the fact that it is cigar ashes. I just think it is unnecessary to accuse him of doing drugs. He is a super talented musician, and besides, don’t you know that it is illegal to slander someone by saying these things such as he is a drug addict? I think you should look closer at the picture, and it is plain to see that it is cigar ashes.
I Hope you guys get sued for slander! It is obvious that it is cigar ash, due to the fact it is GRAY! Not white. My husband, who is a graphic artist, and photo re touching expert looked at this and said that you can clearly see on the top of his lapel the burn mark from the cigar, and he also noticed the smaller pieces of ash following down the coat. I really really hope you guys get sued!

Sorry to disappoint, but the “mystery white stuff” is definitely cigar ashes. I was there at the venue that night (I know the band that was playing very well) and he was smoking a cigar the whole time… he even got ash all over some girl’s jacket.

I don’t know John, and I don’t know what is happening half the time, but That is DEFINITELY a cigar ash. The color of it, the grade of it, just look at it. that is not cocaine or heroin or what ever the f*ck else ya’lls imagination can conjure. The plain and boring truth is that its just some simple ash from a cigar. That’s it. Nothing exciting people, move on!!!
