Our spies at the courthouse in Franklin, Tn (just south of Nashville) tell us MINDY was arrested AGAIN earlier this week for violating her probation… sounds like she was being lazy and trying to get into the “free club” by falsifying her court ordered community service records.

She was seen out in Nashville at Bar Twenty3 dropping a few back in their VIP area…it’s good to see that this uproar hasn’t affected her social life!! Could things get any worse for ROGER CLEMENS?? Well to answer my very own question…YES!! Today MINDY McCREADY admitted that CLEMENS has been a long time friend…and he has even financially helped her out during some of her past “mishaps”!! McCREADY who is now 32 met CLEMENS when she was ONLY 15!!! Sources claim that McCREADY and CLEMENS did not become intimate until after she became and country star and moved to Nashville!! SHIT just keeps getting deeper and deeper for both these two! What in God’s green earth would a famous baseball player be doing with a 15 year old if the LIL WILLY wasn’t involved?? WAIT I know he was tutoring her in math….PLEASE I speculate it was more like a special class in SEX ED!! It’s ok MINDY…GUYS DO IT ALL THE TIME but it shouldn’t be with 15 year olds!!
